Email Support

Email us at uspc@wecount.com during business hours. Include your machines Model Number, Serial Number and details of the issue in your email. If you can provide a video that is also helpful.

On-Site Service

For on-site service, download our On-Site Service Request form. Form must be filled out in full and emailed to uspc2@wecount.com or faxed back to us at 1-(518)622-2695.

Factory Service

If you wish to send your machine in for service, download our Repair Authorization form. Form must be filled out in full and emailed to uspc2@wecount.com or faxed back to us at 1-(518)622-2695.

If support is needed during weekends or Holidays email us at uspapercounters@gmail.com.
